thinking about ordering a screen from cvs media has anybody here ordered from them and had and joy/problems

Ive ordered a Projecta screen from them before

It turned up and wasnt right so I got straight on the phone and had it replaced, to which the second one turned up and was box damaged, 3rd time lucky and I got a good screen out of them

Issues were not really their fault and they were more than helpful sorting it out. I even recommended them to a friend and he had absolutely no problems using them.

The delivery note I got wasnt even from them it was from Maverick who are a large distributor so they are only really arranging delivery on someone elses behalf, thats my take on it anyway I dont mean to belittle their involvement

Long and short, I wouldnt hesititate to order from them again if the price was right

My screen arrived today , everything fine, put it up and it' s great.

Got a mayfair from them and apart from not always on the other end of the phone (answerphone) they got it to me in around 3-4 days and all was well.

CVS were great for me. Contacted them as I needed a size I couldn’t find, they sourced one and got it in stock for me. 100 quid cheaper than same specced screens from their own stock and other sites too.

Delivery was fast and item was in perfect condition.

Plus they answered all my random emails quickly and informatively.

From my experience, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
