Teaching Joytech codes to a Pronto

Hi
I've just acquired a Joytech 965 AV control centre. It has a small credit card style IR remote. However, I cannot teach the codes to my Pronto. I've tried through the PC and directly into the Pronto itself. I have inputs 2 and 3 working, but not 1,4 and Power.

I've searched Remote Central but without success.

Does anyone have advice on how it can be taught, or the hex codes available? Thanks

Problem solved after a night on the charging station! I assume the low batteries must have diminished its capacity to learn.
