All-in-one remote for Yamaha VS-10?

Hi, hope someone can help me out with this. A few years ago when I bought a Panny 36" crt with built-in 5.1 & DTS I gave my beloved Yamaha VS-10 away to a mate. Having just switched to an lcd tv, I need to get some sort of 5.1 going (and cheaply, as I'm out of cash now): I spoke to my mate who says that I can have the Yamaha back as he's not been using it, mainly because his 2-year-old son managed to throw away the remote.

I've looked online for replacement remotes for it, but thye're at least £50, and as much as £89. US suppliers are offering them for as little as $34, but they'll only ship to the US. Does anyone here know whether any of the cheaper universal remotes will operate this unit, or better still does anyone have a remote for this lying around that they'd be prepared to part with?
