Help with VP50 and 50PHD8 calibration

Looking into some serious calibration options and have purchased an i1 colourimeter and will be buying the new Calman v3, when it's released.

Over the last few weeks i have been studying calibration techniques and service menu adjustments.

I read that setting R-Y axis and B-Y axis is best done via the human eye using the 3 colour reference card supplied with DVE / DVEHD with the colour bar pattern.

I set the VP output colour bar pattern and access the PHD service menu...

But, when i adjust the these SM references i cannot see any change in the colour bar differences, whether setting for R-Y or B-Y, they basically do not change at all.

What am i doing wrong?

Also i cannot find any adjustment for Cyan, Magneta and yellow, so what will shift these colours?

Probably one for the good ISF men like Gordon or Liam?

Thanks.
