Wall Mounts for a PW5

Hi All

I recently purchased a tilting wall mount from Unicol, very nice quality and as sturdy as you like but no mounting instructions.

I know its not rocket science but has anyone else made a purchase from these guys? also is there any particular diameter/length of screw that should be used to fix a Plasma to the wall (Standard wall with Plaster skim, cement rendering and breeze block interior)
