Netgear DG834FT - 108mbps vs 54mbps

Hi

I've just got a Netgear DG834GT wireless modem through work for working from home and have also just linked it to my home PC.

My home PC only has a 54mbps built in wireless adaptor, and noticed that the Netgear supports a 108mbps connection. Is it worthwhile upgrading to a 108mbps wireless adaptor - it claims to be 10x faster, but is it actually worthwhile and are they easy to replace? If so any recommendations of which one to buy?

Cheers

Simon

No - stick to 54mbps. The 108 is flakey.
