View TV in multiple rooms - HELP!!!

I am having such a nightmare. Currently I have a TV with Sky+ set up in the lounge. From here I have an aerial cable that goes to the upstairs bedroom via a TV link with an ir eye. This all works 100% well and you can change the channels from the bedroom.

HOWEVER!!! I recently installed a third television in the dining room and have run an aerial cable through the house to this TV. The aerial is fed through an aerial booster which is attached to the sky+ box and has another tv link with ir eye on it in the dining room. However I cannot change channels on the dining room TV and to be honest the picture is poor. Any ideas what I am doing wrong as when I take the bedroom tv out of the equation and wire the lounge and dining room together I can change channels? Maybe its a faulty aerial booster? But the picture is also poor, any help wld be much appreciated!

hi, my cinema serves the cinema via hdmi and the bedroom and kitchen via the rf2 outlet on the sky box. it works by a 99p 3 way socket resempling a Y shape which splits the two signals to the two rooms via coax, i then have a magic eye on the end of it then plug into my tv's.

the RF1 doesnt accept the remote commands so wont change channels

As for the picture quality, don't know. But the Magic eye ONLY works out of RF2 on the Skybox and most aerial amps will not pass the digital signal back to the Skybox.

you need a 2 way aerial AMp with digital bypass (ie the ability to send the power to the IR eyes in 2 locations these are easily available Philex make them as do many more search for SLx 2 Way

Thanks, have ordered one - am quite annoyed at the so called "specialists" who sold me the amp as clearly it wasn't the right one! When I went in and questioned them they blamed me, tempted to go back and advide them!! Once i have it working that is, will let you know!
