Hi guys
I just recieved my first order from CD Wow!
I hadn't realised that it shipped from abroad.
The cost of the package was displayed on the package.
Does this mean I will recieve a bill from customs?
Thanks

No, if you've got it, it didn't get stopped.
I've never been hit for customers with material from CD-WOW

You are allowed to import £17.99 per parcel (including P&P) before customs come after you ;)
I ordered Buffy Season 2 for £29.99 from cd wow and it didnt get stopped.

Yes, but officially it's £17.99. If it's more than that, then it's a risk - you might get caught, you might not.
If it's marked as a gift, you're allowed double the allowance btw.

Ringer,
If there was no bill attached to the parcel, then you got away with it.

Cd-wow do not post from abroad. The packaging is for legal reasons.

i believe they do ship the discs from abroad
HMS look out for packages over £18 but they are never going to find them all, they particularly look out for amazon

All the stuff I've ordered from CD-WOW (which has only been CD's so far) has been posted in Hong Kong.
