Post How many Happy Tosh ...ZD26P Owners

Hi

As an unhappy Toshiba ...ZD26P owner

(Current set buzzes quite loudly and starting to get moire effect on L side of screen, but I am getting it exchanged for another ZD26P)

Just wanted to know how many of previous/current owners are happy with their sets and if they would recommend buying/ exchanging for another ZD26P

Im one happy Bunny I love my 32ZD26P best Top TV Awsome PQ and looks sweet to. I know there are some on this forum with probs, especially one person who seems to be slagging it off in any thread he can But I would recomend getting a replacement first before writing the TV off.

Fantastic TV (36ZD26B). Read all the negative posts but still went out and bought one. DVD Picture via Component is pure bliss. I have the black bars on the sides but you hardly notice them in normal viewing.

Apart from that the TV is nigh on perfect.

I have a 32ZD26P and I can honestly say it is brilliant, and getting better as it settles down.If I had the room I would have bought the 36",but I havent.

I would say that some of the posts regarding the 36" might well be down to the set being so big, and people sitting too close.I know mine when too close is not so perfect, but when viewed at a normal distance it is great.

I ahevnt made any major changes to it other than reduce brightness, contrast and colour.

Cheers

thanks guys

keep it coming...

so that we can come to a conclusion

whether the problems affect a few sets only

or there is something dodgy with these sets

the picture from ntsc dvd's is simply stunning

i have noticed that the sides are very slightly brighter when on a static red screen but how often do you get that.

Heh, well give me a week when my brand spanking new 32 incher gets used.

Uhmn, that didn't sound right.

What I meant was I take delivery of my new 32ZD on Friday with my 520 MR DVD already here.

I have 'great expectations' of this combo oh yeah
