I have just done a complete PC rebuild and forgot to double check I knew the password on my wife's email account, which was saved in her Outlook account settings. I just tried logging on to the Virgin Media "customer zone" and despite typing in the correct password for my account, it refuses to let me in and see the additional subsidiary accounts, so I can update her password.
Of course, being a 24 hour media company, VM's customer services only open 12 hours per day and not at all on Sunday.
Anyone else able to check this and confirm it is VM's site that is broken? The link to My Account > Manage Email is at (oddly) https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/xtrmail
