imac and the xbox360

I am sure i read somewhere that i could sync my imac with my xbox360 and use it to stream media to it the same way as appletv works.

Anyone else heard or done this???

Yean, i am hoping to get some rig going with my 360 when i get a mac eventually. I like the 360 as a way of seeing media yet at the same time 'Front Row' looks dam neat.

If i am going to use a 360 with media then i may ait until they bring otu the new quieter 360's first as mine is too noisy

I used a program called connect360. It cost me about £10.

It works effortlessly and perfectly. Basically it streams media from your set iMac folders Pictures, Movies, Music. So put any content you want on your xbox in those and hey presto it works...
