Apple TV Video Compatability ?

In preparation for Apple TV I intend to convert some of the kids films using MediaFork.

I'm using the default settings which give the following video settings:

MPEG-4 video file
Bit Rate : 127kbps
Sample Rate 44.100 kHZ
Profile : Low complexity
Channels : stereo
Average bit rate : 1000 kbps
Total bit rate : 1125 kbps
Output : 704 x 384

I've had a look at the apple tv specs but can't figure out if the above format will play ok.

Can anyone shed some light on this, as I'm no expert when it comes to all these different settings ?

If you can get that to play in iTunes then I think you'll have success with it on the Apple TV as I assume it will the teh same library for it's video playback ...
