Remote code for LG tv from NTL samsung

as it says, i need the remote cod to get my samsung top box remote to work on my new LG tv.... my tv is LG 32LB1DB if that helps...

Press and hold the Vol+ and Mute buttons on your remote at the same time for at least 3 seconds until he red light on the remote flashes twice.
Release the buttons and then enter the code.

0008 works for V+ remote on an LG42PC1RV.
One small problem though, the other day i thought i may have to send my tele back so got my old 26" CRT back downstairs, when i tried to reprogram the remote it wouldn't let me.
Held vol+ and mute, got the LED to flash twice but after typing one number got a long flash from the LED and the last 3 numbers just changed the channel.
