LG rearprojection

hi everyone.

i am new to this community so pardon my niavity. i have a 44" rearprojection tv and it is now playing up on me. the problem is only 1 of the scart plugs is working which is av2 but only in black and white. the other two scart plugs dont work at all. ive had this problem before and an engineer came out and fixed, he messed around with system menu typed in a few codes or something and it started. i would have called the engineer again but the warranty has ran out. can any 1 help me,
