"Cheapish" as you've described and "sound good" are an oxymoron

I'd put money on you being disappointed with the Goodmans but if you're after an all-in-one try here:

£200 will get you a good sounding system but you'd have to scout around to source the bits e.g. fleabay and the classifieds here, to find some speakers, a sub and an amp. It will take a bit longer than phoning Empire and placing an order but your smile will be bigger at the end of it.
Reasonable quality used stuff will have a reasonable resale value; the goodmans will have a £20 resale value.
