Samsung S401i- No mp3 ringtones?

Hello all,

Ive just bought the wife the mentioned phone and although it has mp3 music player and bluetooth,i cannot change the ringtones to a mp3 tune.It says not allowed.
There seems to be only a very poor 10 default ringtones.
What format would i need to be able to add ringtones to the phone and be able to use without the dreaded "NOT ALLOWED".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ive sussed it.
I converted a mp3 file to a .aac file as the music file and it can be used as ringtones.
If anyones interested the converter i used is a website called http://media-convert.com/ .

Thats ok, seems silly that mp3's cant be used as ringtones only .aac's.

hello just got the new samsung s401i and i has preset speed dials which i want to change but when i go the speed dial button in phonebook it will not let me click on it??
any help?
