Hi all,

I've recently started collecting movie merchandise, and in particular really got into the Gentle Giant Star Wars statues and busts (top quality!)

Anyway, one of the other things that I would quite like to get is a statue quality model of Pinhead from Hellraiser. I've looked around the internet and the only thing I can really find are action figure models which are selling for around £20-30, and so can't really be that great quality.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Oh - and one other thing. I also wanted to get a Lament Configuration box, and seem to have found one which is made of mahogany and has brass finishings for the design. Is that an official collectable? Or has someone just made it themselves?

I have one of these it's cracking, very detailed.

I also have The Crow from the same series.

For a collectible Pinhead you should have a look here... http://www.toymania.com/news/messages/2779.shtml, however who knows if you can track any down.

So is the quality of that Pinhead model really good? It just seems that if you can buy an 18" model for £32.99 it can't be that great. Does it look plasticky?
I wish there was a proper statue out there at the moment. The fact that it talks as well doesn't do much for me. It makes it seem more of a toy than a proper movie collectable.

Also, here is the Lament Configuration that I was talking about. Do you reckon it is an official one?

That is absolutely great! I am definitely going to order one of those.

So you have a puzzle box? Where did you get it from? Whats it like?

I was really suprised with the quality of the Pinhead I have, however it's obviously not going to be as good as the collectable. As for the sound, it's constantly turned off lol

Regarding the box, it's difficult from that page alone to say if it's an official variety or not, looks good though

I do indeed have a puzzle box, picked it up from the last Memorabilia at the NEC for £10. Almost certain it's nothing official but it does look very good

Here are some pics of it -

It's been signed on all sides bar one

That looks really good!

I think I will e-mail Starstore and ask them direct. Although if you know anywhere else that has one let me know :-)

WOW! Is all I can say to those! The workmanship looks incredible!

However, a tad on the expensive side!

Hi darklord7,
I don’t know where you could find the original replica but as you are a Hellraiser fan, I’m sure you will probably be amused by a parody figurine of Hellraiser. He’s named Smellraiser! You can have a look at it on www.theturds.com .
Tell me what you think! They parody lots of movie characters and especially horror ones. I thought you might be interested. By the way, they also parodied Darth Vadour (Fart Vapour as they name it, funny eh?).
