Hdmi !

I have a HD Rear Projection Sony TV KF-WS60 but sadly it doesn't has hdmi!

Can anyone tell me what does really the HDMI do !????

Does it really worth replacing my tv to a new one with HDMI ?

Am I gonna notice a huge difference when I connect lets say the ps3 with the HDMI ?

Is there anyway I can get the same resloution and clearness as a tv with HDMI in my TV?
Who invented this thing? is it sony because of the ps3?

Re: Hdmi !

Does it have DVI or component?

If so you could either use a HDMI to DVI adaptor, or a component cable. Either will give you HD resolutions from the PS3.

Re: Hdmi !

Component should work fine. I think the ps3 supports 1080p but your tv (as with most hd tv's) only goes up to 1080i.
