Ford Escort Mk6 Rear Speakers!

Hello i want to replace my rear speakers in the back of my escort they are literaly falling out anyway. if i but speakers will they just slot in where the 2 holes are cust out for the old ones and do i just connect the wires thats are in their now to the new speakers like normal?

I am a home cinema and hi fi expert but car aice is a new one for me

Can anyone help i have seen some nice speakers below will they just slot in and wire up as normal?
