Anybody used Bose
Hi, i am interested in these Bose in ear headphones, has any body used them, if so any feedback would be welcome.

I recieved a pair from QVC (with the 30 day return policy) last week. I have to say that I have never liked in-ear headphones. I have used Bose QC2 and Sennheiser noise cancelling phones, but wanted something more compact for my daily commute.
They come with 3 different sizes of push-on rubber ear plugs. The large one was the best fit for my luggholes. After extensive listening (both via my iPod and Arcam Hi-Fi) and after much deliberation, I decided reluctantly they were not for me. Sound-wise they were impressive. Anything that size that produces any kind of bass is impressive. Ultimately though, I could just not get comfortable with them.
My wife on the other hand thought they were brilliant (with the small ear-plugs) and she is now using them. She was previously using a significantly more expensive in-ear type and she says that the Bose blows them away.

Thanks for the reply, and a good review, i forgot about Qvc 30 day return policy, that's where i first seen them, I think i will order them, and give them a go, and if i don't like them return them.

You can get products with much better SQ for the same price or less than the Bose, unless there's a fantastic deal on them.
Is there any reason you're heading towards the Bose brand?
It's just that Bose are known for over charging for what you get.

HI maybe i am heading towards the BOSE brand because of their name. A bit stupid i know, to be honest technology has over taken me now, i don't understand all the latest jargon, all i am after is a good pair of in ear headphones, my old sony ones are starting to fall apart, any suggestions would be great.

Would it be £70ish that you're looking at spending (just getting a feel of your budget if the Bose are around this mark)?
If so take a look at the Westone UM1.
Just had a look and you can get the Westone UM1s for around £60 shipped through eBay.
