tag flr32 and lumagen DVI

just purchased a tag flr32 and connected it all up to my lumagen dvi, the picture is superb via 720p to my PJ but i have noticed that when checking the test pats on the dvi the pixel for pixel patterns arent clear and converging, i had an arcam dv89 set to interlaced output and the pattern was spot on, the tag is an interlaced only player(no psm) so it is only outputting interlaced via component, yet the pattern isnt right.
my lumagen is set auto 2 576/480 input, 720P output
any ideas, its seem an odd one.
the player is set to pal output as well as its only region 2

You need to work with the projectors size and position controls using the test patterns coming out of the Lumagen. It has nothing to do with the input on the Lumagen, whatever the input the output is always 1280x720 50/60Hz.
