Hello everybody. I've probably got a very simple question for somebody to answer here, but I'll be upfront and admit I don't have a clue about AV. I'm not too bad on the latest stuff as I work in IT but this is more a basic (older) question.

I've recently had my kitchen upgraded and got one of the free 'fold back' tiny flat screen TV's with radio. It's designed to sit underneath the wall cupboards and fold out. My question is this...would it be possible to simply buy one of the TV Splitter/Extension kits from Maplin or something to run from my existing coax cable for my TV in the lounge? If so, would I be able to watch different channels in each room and would the radio work/how does radio work?

Pretty basic I know....but any help appreciated.

Simply, Yes to the TV bit, providing it is not Cable TV.

For the radio, does it have a seperate radio input, if so then you need a seperate aerial.

If it is a common or shared input then all you should need to do is add an FM aerial to your tv one, using a simple TV/FM diplexer and this will bring the magic of TV and Radio to your little new box.
