Anyone used R2DToys?

Has anyone used R2DToys either through ebay or their site www.r2dtoys.com ?

It's just I ordered something on the 10th of January which was shipped the same day. It is now 8 days later and I have not recieved anything.

I have tried emailing them but all I got was an automated response saying 'Thankyou for your email.'

I would phone them but I am at work and they close at 6pm.


So, has anyone had any experience with them?

i have used them only once and their email system is rubbish, they never got back to me when i asked questions.
Best to try and phone them if you can mate

Well, I emailed them on Monday and didn't get a response. Emailed them about two minutes before I posted that message with the subject title 'Order not arrived' and they have responded already.

They are saying I should check my local Post Office and if it is not here by Monday to email them back. I didn't get a 'attempted' delivery slip, that wouldn't surprise me if they didn't bother to put one through the door though.

Turns out the item that I ordered and said 'In Stock' on their website is actually out of stock and my order has not been despatched yet. It still said in stock this morning until I told them and they changed it.


They said they will check when they are getting it in and send me an e-mail. They managed to take the money out of my bank though, which was nice of them.
