Few pics I took in New York City (Jun '06)

Now, I'm no photographer, and only have a Canon 2.1mp compact digicam - and even then it's a point and shoot affir as I know NOTHING about exposure time, or light settings etc! I just leave it on AUTO all the time lol...

But there are a few particular pics from my trip to NYC last year I quite liked (I mean, I liked em all, but there were a few I liked that little bit more LOL ) so I thought I'd post em Now I know they aren't of the quality of the other pics in here (some of those are simply STUNNING) but hey-ho, here they are













Bit gutted my skyline shots (of NYC, taken from the NJ shoreline) at night didn't come out well If I had known about shutter times etc I might have got better shots.... But hey, gives me a reason to go back to NYC again right?

Nice shots.

I think you could use a little more contrast in all but the night-time shot. It would make them look a little more punchy and sharp.
