Question Using 2 895 remotes to control the same extender ?

Hello, first post to this section !!
I was wandering if anybody has used two (or more) Harmony 895 remotes to control the same RF extender ?
I have a "cupboard" with 2 x TiVo (one for NTL and one for freeview), DVD, DVDR and a DVR for CCD cameras, all switched via a Holdan HSR1000. This is then sent to a SCART amp and then wires to 2 living rooms, a bedroom and the study (computer room). At present I use a USA system that replaces one of the batteries with a RF transmitter that sends to a reciever in the cupboard, so you can use the original remote in any room.
This stiil means having lots of remotes.
The ideal situation would be something like the Harmony, if 2 or more remotes can send to the RF reciever. They would need to be "linked" so that they all knew what input the Holdan was currently on!.
Any advice please ?
