Toshiba HD-E1 in new Littlewoods Catalogue

Knowing how every second household in the country owns a Littlewoods (or one of its sister publications) catalogue, this should definitely boost sales or at the very least awareness of HD DVD as they have in their Spring/Summer 2007 issue a Toshiba HD-E1 for £479.
No sign of a Blu-Ray player ( I would imagine they would sell the Samsung for £1100 which is obviously too rich for them to stock).

So that's a few more people who at least know of the format now......

A couple of clicks on the keyboard and mouse reveals they are also selling them at £479

I've already told her I won't be making any AV purchases this year though. Might have to go back on my word now seeing as she has a stack of comission built up in her account

In my previous life, I used to work for Kays Catalogue. I would have got some discount on that! Still, at 25% (if my mem'ry serves me well), I still paid about the same from Dixons.
