Unhappy Anything other than BT?

Hi
New to this site so 'Hello'
Would like to ask a 'stupid' question if possible ~ what other phone lines are available other than BT? only my son has a dispute on with BT over some money they charged him over an Internet problem and has yet to be sorted out so there is no way he will ever go back to BT and desperately needs a phone line (other than his mobile of course) and my Grandson is missing the Internet ~ so any suggestions please?
Thanks

Re: Anything other than BT?

Cable, NTL or Telewest, if he is in a cabled area.

Put his postcode into here to see if he is in a cabled area:

NTL are good - I have managed to get the line rental for £5.00 per month and 2meg broadband for £9.00 per month

Re: Anything other than BT?

Theres a few to choose from but most will require a BT line . I had issues with BT and would rather have no connection or phoneline than use any of their services again been with NTL for over one year and have been completly satisfied with their services so far

Some telephone nd internet providers can be found HERE Best of luck with your search.
