Euroean Sites for HD-DVD's previously only available on blu-ray

This may well have been covered already but I'm realising that with the different licencing agreements for films in different countries, some blu-ray only movies are available as HD-DVD's in other countries.

Here are some sites I have found to explore:

The other two obvious ones are amazon.de and amazon.fr.

PS I'm not saying anything about the quality of these films and the difference in titles is not massive at the moment.
