Harmony 895 - sometimes getting very slow

I have Harmony 895 for a few days. So far, I'm very disappointed.

Crappy software (someone should be fired for this), charging craddle doesn't work almost at all ...

And ... after setting all the activities and favourite channels, the remote sometimes gets very slow. So slow that it works incorrectly (for example, when switching to channel 1002, it switches to channel 1, then after long time, the PVR does something stupid which is assigned to button 0, etc.).
My theory is that it is because of icons assigned to favourite channels and some memory problems?

Any hope for improvement, or it always was and always will be a crappy device? I read some threads superficially before getting it and I was hoping it is the best one ...
