Logitech Harmony 895 ... cannot update ... Logitech problem?

Just been trying to update my Harmony 895 over the weekend. I've wasted most of the day unplugging and replugging in the extender and the remote. Each time during the update the process freezes during the "Examining your settings" phase.

I am using the latest firmware and software.

Anyone else got/had this problem? Is it something to do with the Logitech end of the line as it has to look up my settings in the Logitech database before it updates?

I've updated the firmware on the remote after removing the extender and then updated the remote on its own ... worked

However when I add the extender and try to update ... I get stuck at the same screen with the same message as above when the extender is getting updated

Try to switch off all the firewalls.
