rel strata 111

My local dealer has an ex-dem strata 111 at a very reasonable price which im interested in , however he says i would be better off going for a quake as the strata is primarilly for music , mine is going to be mostly for home cinema, any comments would be appreciated.

A number of people use the REL ST range for home cinema (myself included) and are very happy with them.

I am not sure what "primarily for music" means as I imagine it to mean that it keeps better time but has less outright slam than one "primarily for home cinema"

That may be so when comparing it to the big air shifters like Servo 15s but not when compared to a tiddler like a Quake.
