Question should I buy an ipod case?

hi,
I got an Ipod video black 30GB for Christmas. Can't decide wither to buy a case for it or not. Just wondering if other people use a case or not?

Re: should I buy an ipod case?

Depends what you gonna use it for I guess. I got the same thing but in white for xmas.

I have it connected up in the car and it sits in the glovebox whilst conencted so wanted to get a case to stop i getting scratched up if it slides about. Also wanted to keep the screen scratch free when in general use.

I went for one from the Apple Store

Check out agent18 clear plastic cases...I've been using one with my Black 30GB ipod and it not only keeps it in perfect condition but doesn't spoil the look of the ipod.

Seconded. Have that on my 60gb and an iSkin on my Nano and the Agent18 is by far the better case, even if it does add a bit more bulk.

Re: should I buy an ipod case?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I got a Nano for Xmas off my missus and she also got me an FM transmitter adaptor (Kennsington). I bought a hard case for it, but I can't plug the transmitter in when the Nano is in the case.

Does anyone know if there is a (preferably hard) case that will allow the FM transmitter to plug in? I'll only be using the Nano in my car, so I need to be able to put it in my pocket (or maybe my laptop bag) whenever I leave the car to visit customers.
