Samsung WS 32 Z429T vs WS 32 Z419T

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help explain the differences between these two TV'S.

We are living in Germany and the 419 and the 429 are both available. I see that the 429 does not seem to be available in the UK. Any ideas why? Basically what are the differences between the two TV'S?
Also I understand that the 419 has Freeview built in. What does this exactly mean; the normal satellite set-top box is built-in? If so, then why is it for sale in Germany?
Thanks
