yeh i read that but im gutted i have HD and we wont get it well not for now anyway just like Casio Royale :( :( :( :( both brilliant films

Crazy business tactic. I don't have BluRay so can't buy a HD version of the film. I can't buy HD so I won't buy the DVD either. Why pay for a product that is less than I want and less than is available? I'll rent it (or some such other activity that does not involve buying it).

I want this on HD too, will it be exclusively on Blu-Ray? I know the SD DVD will be released, but... I won't sink that low.

May get released in japan under HD-DVD like reign of fire which is also a Buena Vista
I 1st thought this film was a warner bros film, as Christopher nolan directs.

Hopefully it will come out in THD. I love the movie and will be gutted if I can't own it in HD.

Its 100% a Warner Bros. film in the UK, so hopefully will get a HD-DVD release!
Its release on 12th March, So we will soon see.

14 May, same day as the HD DVD.
I'm not sure which one to go for. i just went BD for The Departed, so think I owe HD DVD one.

Yeah- the BD has lossless PCM- but I assume the HD DVD will be a True HD release or DTS MA.
I feel I want to be quite balanced between the two formats- as I'd like to see them both progress well.
Though I might go BD just so I can get the US release now!
