DScaler Weirdness

Hi,

Ive currently got my HTPC feeding my tv with it being fed from the Sky Box via S-Video going into the ViVo on my Geforce 7800GTS, the sound goes via SPDIF to my AV Amp, I am using DScaler to show the output which works great except for a couple of issues...

1) After several hours there seems to be a slight slip in audio sync.
2) All the BBC channels seem to play in some weird almost slow-mo mode.

Any ideas on fixing these issues?
