New tabs in Mozilla Firefox 2

When opening a new tab in MF2, is it possible to have the new tab open with a webpage of my choice? At the moment it's defaulting to blank. I've looked through all the options and can't see an option there to change this setting from the default blank page.

EDIT: To be more specific, in MF2, I'm clicking on File-->New Tab to bring up a new tab which I'd like to show a webpage such as Google instead of the new tab being blank.
