wma to dvd conversion

can somebody suggest some software to convert wmv files (downloaded) to dvd files, so nero will burn to dvd to play on goggle box

have nero 6 and will not accept wmv.... I have a demo of winavi which is good but puts the logo across the screen,

considered buying the disc but thought I would just ask the forum for advice first

Just checked Nero 7, using MAKE DVD found a WMV file and it accepted it.

I just tried the demo of Win AVI also,it seems to be quite fast. The price quoted was $30 so cheaper than nero.I am trying to find a free converter also.If I have any luck I'll let you know.

Happy New Year
