Oppo 971h vs Pioneer 696
I can get both of these for the same price
difference is that one I can buy locally, while the other one I would have to get it shipped from Holland
from what I ve read, I think the Oppo has the edge over the 696, however is it worth getting it shipped from abroad or will the 696 perform on par with the oppo 971?

is the difference that apparent?
It seems the Pioneer 696 is quite liked.. please keep in mind that I am not too much into Hi Tech so unless there is a noticeable difference in picture quality, I would rather get it sooner, and have the option of easier support, etc.
If the difference in quality is say apparent as in 30-40-50% better, I will ship in the oppo, but I would like to make sure I am doing something worthwile.
