Second Hand Scaler?

I've got a Panasonic 42PW8 and am running Sky+ and a Denon 1920 DVD player. I've also just been given an Xbox 360.

The problem I have is that I've got an HDMI cable and a Component>VGA cable running through the walls - the Denon using the HDMI and the Sky+ the Component>VGA via a JS Tech RGB>Component converter. This now leaves me a cable short with the Xbox 360.

The easiest and cheapest way would be to buy an RGB splitter to share the Component>VGA cable. But it occurred to me that a second hand scaler might do the job and add to the PQ.

I was just wondering what people's thoughts were on this idea and what recommendations they'd make for a second hand scaler?

Re: Second Hand Scaler?

I'd get a component SWITCHER, not RGB as you want to send that bad boy some 720p action. A lot cheaper than a scaler too.

I've not seen a Component Switcher. Where would I get one of those from?
