Anybody know which is the correct setting for Hdmi output? is it RGB or COMPONENT, Thanks very much

Doesn't matter as not relevant for HDMI. Once you connect via HDMI it will use 720p or 1080i depending on your option.

Component is normally the next best after HDMI then RGB (usually a SCART connection).
