Not an expert, but I think thise will work...
1) You'll probably need to use 'DVD Shrink' or similar decrypting program. Most are free if you havn't got them already.
2) Download 'VobEdit'... it's free! and use it to de-multiplex (demux) the .vob files. This will produce separate audio and video files.
3) You should then be able to use a freebie audio converter (try 'switch') to convert the audio to .wav, then burn to CD.
Or, simply feed the analogue audio ouput from your DVD player into the PC and capture real time to .wav.
There may be quicker / better ways of doing this, but that's my suggestion.
