Broken star trek disc, how do u get replacements?

Do paramount offer a replacement service if one of your dics breaks from a boxset. It would seem a bit much to expect someone to replace an entire season for one damaged disc?

Its a deep space nine season 3 disc Anyone know ?

I am guessing discostewart may have broken the disc as opposed to a fault.
There used to be a scheme is the US by one of the big companies. It was also done here by EA for Video Games (not sure if they still run that), but never heard of a UK DVD scheme.

I thought it was maybe the fault where the cases that hold the discs are too tight and cause the inner part of the disc to crack, that is what started to happen to mine so I sent them all back for a refund.

Loads of my discs have started to crack because of those stupid boxes. They are no good for blokes with big fingers. It's only a matter of time before some of my DVDs start to fail.

to behonest i dont know what caused it. I am rewatching deep space nine (because it rocks) for the first time in about a year, and i got to season 3 and one of thge last discs has one big massive crack in it, its unplayable. I dont have any receipts for it and its way over a year old. I dont know what to do other than buy another new boxset off ebay for about £20.

That it the fault I mentioned, the cases that hold the discs are way too tight and over time they will crack the discs.
