Has anyone tried the Logic3 iPod dock?

I'm quite keen to get a dock for my 80gb iPod, and was advised to get an Onkyo, already mentioned in an earlier thread. But the Logic3 is much cheaper, does pretty much the same job as the more expensive docks, and I actually prefer the appearance of the Logic3 (judging from photos). I gave up long ago believing that spending more necessarily improved quality in the areas that matter to me, so I ask for your help. I currently have absolutely no interest in hooking up my iPod to a TV (maybe when I'm more aware of the possibilities), just linking to my hi-fi, although I realise that most docks, including the Logic3, have video out.
