Watched Harry Potter on Hd dvd last night thought the picture was really good its quite a dark film anyway and even on movie settings blacks held up really well day scenes were even better and even the wife commented on how clear it was!!
Another one for the good guys!!

Still waiting for my pre-order to come through from the US on this one. With this already available over here I may be more tempted to get it from here. Anyone tried the UK discs on their US players?

The version for sale in the uk is the us version anyway. The box has the bbfc rating on the cover but has the fbi warning sign when you play the disc.
I had it ordered from hmv which was a couple of quid cheaper than play...But the order was stuck on awaiting stock for over a week so went with play in the end.:devil:
