Help with choosing the right PVR

I have been using a HTPC for a while now but my wife is complaining that it is too complicated. I am looking to purchase a PVR with the following capability.

Must haves:

• DVD Player
• Stream content from a PC
• Play Divx / Xvid

Would be nice:

• HDD Recorder
• Pause Live TV
• Transfer recorded content to PC or DVD

The Kiss DP-558 is pretty much exactly what I am looking for but I am having a tough time finding a place that will ship it to the US for a decent price. Each place that will ship to the US are at least 100-150 pounds more expensive. Does anyone know of a player/PVR that will at least fit my "Must Haves" and is more readily available in the US? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Evesham iPlayer seems to precisely fit your requirements, there are a couple of other threads on these boards discussing it, search for iplayer.
