The Clint Eastwood directed "A Perfect World" is finally to get a DVD release on region 1 on 1st October.

It is available for pre order from DVDBoxOffice for about 12.00.

I mention it because not only is it a pretty good film but also someone was asking about it a while ago:)

Good news. There seems to be a great void in the Clint Eastwood back catalogue.

I would like to see lot of his best (and worst) movies given the benefit of this superior medium.

Like:

Coogan's Bluff, Where Eagles Dare (the definative action movie), Firefox, The Beguiled & Tarantula.

The Beguiled is out on DVD.

Well it must have been because I have got it:cool:

Excellent, I've been waiting for this one for a while now :) My VHS copy is going straight in the bin!

Firefox is on the way later in the year too. Much maligned, but ace, film. Or maybe I'm misguided.
