Although it has taken them over a month to do it, DVDBoxOffice have replaced the disc that went missing some time ago.

I have therefore called a truce and will be ordering from them again:)

Hey, thanks for reading:cool:

Now if only Play.com would make the first move, you would be friends with all the suppliers ;) :p

I've never ordered from DVDBoxOffice - but don't think I will after I read your tales of woe

DVDBoxOffice are good for back catalogue stuff.

They are very rarely the cheapest for new releases but if you are after any oldies, they are quite good.

Strangely, they are quite cheap for newly released oldies too, if you know what I mean:confused:

Thanks for the tip. I'm very fussy about my customer service though. I can't tolerate being fobbed off for a month or getting responses that I'm not happy with  I'd rather pay more elsewhere ;) I haven't been friends with uk.bol.com for many months now

Just to echo what mcmullanbrush said,

DVDBO seem to be cheapest for these current orders/preorders:

Every Which Way but Loose
Any Which Way You Can
Hope and Glory
Pulp Fiction (Vista)
The Fog
Trading Places
Duel
