hello all
i signed up for broadband max from sky. The service was supposed to go active on 20th october.
This is the weird part, The service was working fine 2 days before connection, on the activation date it stopped working and hasnt worked since. 2 hours of tech advice since then has left me still without broadband. I cannot seem to make them understand that it was working before activation.
anyone had any similar problems or any advice on what i could try

p.s. i am still waiting for my 5 day call back from tier 3 and it has been 11 days now.

There have been some cases of exchange jumpers being pulled (through unfourtunate misunderstandings)...on or shortly after the activation date.

Tell your service provider...to have the exchange jumpering checked.
