Need help w/ front speakers...
My system is Arcam AVR300, Canton CD300 fronts, Canton CD360 center, and Canton CD50 as surrounds. I like, however, to listen to stereo sources in "direct" mode, which has no sound processing.
I wonder how Cantons CD300 compare to B&W XT series or to Gallo Reference3 series speakers. I know that Canton CD300 are cheaper then both Gallo or B&W speakers, but would like to know if someone actually had compared the sound. I want to improve sound for music listening, and would be replacing front speakers only at this time due to money isssues. Please, provide your opinion(s). Thank you very much. P.S. I did not audition either B&W or Gallo speakers yet-the store I planned to go to is being re-done inside (will not be ready for another 2-3 weeks). |
