Problem with picture from lumagen HDQ

I have done a quick search of the forums to see if anyone else has had this sort of problem but couldn't see any. I am getting stripes in my picture from the lumagen - see attachment. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is. I can't really remember changing anything that would cause this.

The current inputs are a DVD through HDMI/DVI, Sky+ through svideo and XBOX 360. The outputs are Sony Bravia through component and Infocus through HDMI/DVI.

Thanks
Ed
